tabloid, second edition of 2,000, distributed free to the public through the Lower Manhattan Network of New York Public Libraries NYPL: in the West Village at Jefferson Market Library and Hudson Park Library; in the East Village at Tompkins Square Library; and on the Lower East Side at Seward Park Library.
